This package includes: One MLS description (250 words), and one website description (500 words).

Includes one round of revision for each set of copy.

How it works: I will study the pictures and listing information you provide, write an MLS description and send it to you within 48 hours. You will make notes on it via google docs, I will make changes and then write the longer website copy. After a round of edits on that, you will have a single google doc with all those beautiful words to copy and paste into your MLS and website.

Actual timing will vary depending on how quickly you get back to me with notes. Once you provide notes, I will usually be able to move on to the next phase that day, or at least within 24 hours.
