How it works: I will study the pictures and listing information you provide, write an MLS description and send it to you within 24 hours. You will make notes on it via google docs, and I will conduct an edit. If you have purchased a larger package, at this time I will write the additional copy.

Actual timing will vary depending on how quickly you get back to me with notes. Once you provide notes, I will usually be able to move on to the next phase that day, or at least within 24 hours.
